The icon will start wiggling. At this point, you can drag it to another position on your script - you can use this to rearrange and group icons or position them any way you like. While it's wiggling, tap the icon itself again (not the (X) - as of version 2.2, we still have that on our bug list to fix), and you'll get a confirmation asking if you want to delete it.
