Checklist
You’re probably just itching to get going with Rehearsal, but before you do, let’s make sure you’re the owner of a device that can actually run Rehearsal.
Here’s a list of the versions of the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that can successfully run Rehearsal. Any notes are listed with the model.
- Any iPhone
- Any iPad
- any 2nd or 3rd generation iPod Touch – may require third party microphone. You can find the ones we recommend in the Store. Photo and video functions are disabled on iPod Touch models with no camera.
- any 4th generation and beyond iPod Touch – has two cameras and a mic, so nothing else needed.

I was double charged by iTunes for an in-app purchase, but I only downloaded one script!! How do I get my money back?

I’m not sure where you’re seeing a double charge, but I checked the records, and there was only one charge for your 4/7 script usage. Also, PLEASE strongly consider upgrading to version 2 – it’s now just $20 for unlimited usage, not just for the month, but for as long as you use the app – and the new version has great new features that make using Rehearsal that much better. I just started using you app today and I LOVE it!!!
Just one request for future versions: bookmarks. I don’t record scenes – I’ve been usingbblackout mode to rehearse and it works for me. But I have slot of scenes in this script AND a lot of scenes I’m not in. It would be great to jump instead of having to scroll.

If you haven’t tried converting over to recording and playing back your lines, you really don’t know what joy you’re missing. Some of the biggest actors using this app have echoed those words – they were apprehensive, but became huge fans after converting.
We have a GO TO PAGE feature that we’re working on in addition to bookmarks.
