A version for other platforms would be nice. I'd be interested in versions for Android and Linux. I guess others would be interested in Windows and Windows mobile. i.e. coverage for the most all the most common platforms for portable devices rather than just Apple devices.

Edit works, actually. Tap Edit, then tap the (|) next to the scene you want to get rid of, then confirm by hitting the Delete button that appears. (That same procedure works when you want to delete scripts in My Scripts.) Hope that helps!

I'm not sure what the reference to PCMCIA is (that's a blast from the 90's), but we are working on a metafile format that will let you do that and more in a future update. Rehearsal is designed to be self contained - I always print out a hard copy of the PDF I receive, highlight it, and carry it into the audition room for pre-reads just to have it on hand, but I never have to use it.

Karl - You can't...yet. We're working on it. We have a list of over 200 enhancements suggested by users, and that one is in the top 3. So, for now, you can't, but we're hoping to roll that out in one of our next major upgrades.

Sorry this took so long for me to answer, but the answer's changed since you first asked. With Rehearsal (version 1), yes, because the only way you could get scripts onto your device to work with was to forward them via email to your "script+username" email account on our server. But...and this is important...with Rehearsal 2, you can open PDF files directly from the email message you get them in. Although that's very convenient, we still suggest that you forward your script to the Rehearsal server so they are there should you upgrade to a new device, the device fail, or, as you, Julia, have to do, restore your device to original specs. If you only open scripts from your email messages on your device, THEY ARE NOT BACKED UP on our server (encrypted, yes), and can't be brought back in.

Hope that's clear.

Hi! I love the app. Quick question: it looks like I'm going to have to restore my ipod. If the scripts aren't in the app once I reinstall everything, are they saved in my account on your server so that I can download them again?
Thanks!
